To Whom It May Concern:

It is my pleasure to recommend Brady Blackwell for a teaching position. Over the course of the 2019-
2020 school year I have worked with Brady. He observed my classes in the fall semester then worked
alongside me as a member of the Professional Learning Community (PLC) in the Career and Technical
Education-Business department during the spring semester.

Brady’s contributions in developing curriculum for the new course offering of Introduction to Business
displayed his professionalism, enthusiasm and content knowledge. His willingness and enthusiasm in
working with other teachers showed the professional qualities you’d expect from a more experienced PLC
participant. He created new materials that were used by the whole department based on new content and
standards from his business world experience. The curriculum was then expanded for use in other schools
in the district.

The qualities that Brady exhibited at the end of his internship sets him apart from other candidates. Brady
finished his internship requirements in April but because of his dedication to and the relationships he had
developed with his students and fellow teachers, he continued to teach his classes and developed
curriculum materials for use through the completion of the semester at the end of May.

I highly recommend Brady Blackwell for a teaching position.

Sincerely,
