Para comprobar los parámetros del monitor de
vibraciones, es necesario conocer de antemano el
modelo exacto de aerogenerador al que va a estar
asociada la nacelle en la que se está trabajando. Para
ello, buscar en el programa de trabajo para la orden
de fabricación de la máquina disponible en el centro
de trabajo. Los modelos de aerogenerador son:

Una vez conocido el modelo de aerogenerador, se
cargarán los parámetros correspondientes con la
ayuda de un PC y el software de programación CHT
1024. Para ello, se procederá como sigue:
1. Conectar el cable de comunicaciones al puerto
serie del ordenador y al conector RS 232 del
monitor de vibraciones. Código de utillaje: 917001-
A. El conector con la etiqueta PC se conectará al
ordenador y el conector con la etiqueta MON se
conectará al sensor.
2. Retirar la protección plástica. Hay que tener en
cuenta el número de puerto serie del PC al que
se conecta el cable para que coincida con el que
el software tiene especificado por defecto.
3. Conectar el cable de máquina (Main I/O en el
sensor) al monitor de vibraciones asegurándose
de que éste queda alimentado (LED “Power” en
color verde).
4. Iniciar el programa CHT 1024 en el PC. Si aparece
el mensaje mostrado a continuación, asegurarse
de que el sensor está correctamente alimentado y
el cable de comunicaciones está bien conectado.
Si es así, elegir la opción Try again y pulsar Next.

En la siguiente ventana pulsar Done y si todo es
correcto se deberá visualizar la siguiente pantalla:

Once the wind-power generator model is known, load
the corresponding parameters with the help of a PC
and programming software CHT 1024. To do so,
proceed as follows:
1. Connect the communications cable to the
computer serial port and the RS 232 connector
vibration monitor. Tooling Code: 917001-A. The
connector labeled “PC “connects to the computer
and the connector labeled “MON” will connect to
the sensor.
2. Remove the plastic protection. Ensure that the
serial cable is connected to the port corresponding
to the default port number in the software.
3. Connect the machine cable (Main I/O in the
sensor) to the vibrations monitor, ensuring that it is
powered (“Power” LED is lit green).
4. On the PC, start the CHT 1024 program. If the
message shown below appears, make sure the
sensor is properly fed and the communication
cable is properly connected. If so, choose the
option “Try again” and press “Next”.
In the following Windows press Done and if everything
is correct you will see the following screen:

correcto aparecerá el siguiente mensaje.

Para proceder a la carga de parámetros, se accederá
de nuevo al menú Setup del menú principal y se
seleccionará la opción Monitor parameters.
En la ventana de Monitor Parameters Setup se
seleccionará dentro del menú File la opción Open.

Una vez cargados los parámetros en el monitor se
hará click sobre el botón File / Exit de la ventana
Monitor Parameters Setup [Online mode] para
pasar de esta forma al menú principal del programa
(Fig.2).

Una vez hecho esto, se cerrará el programa pulsando
el botón Exit dentro del menú desplegable File del
menú principal o bien pulsando directamente la casilla
de cerrar en la parte superior derecha de la ventana.
Para finalizar, se desconectará el cable de
comunicaciones entre el PC y el monitor, volviendo a
colocar la protección plástica en el conector RS232
del monitor y se seguirá con el resto de las pruebas.
6 COLOCACIÓN ETIQUETA IDENTIFICATIVA
Una vez programado el sensor se colocará la
pegatina identificativa correspondiente al tipo de
máquina programado en el sensor. Las pegatinas se
recogerán en el despacho de calidad. Ver tabla.

Once this is done, close the programme by pressing
the Exit button in the File pull-down menu or by
directly pressing the close box in the upper right hand
side of the window.
To finish, disconnect the communications cable
between the PC and the monitor, replace the plastic
protection in the RS232 monitor connector and
continue with the remaining tests.
6 PLACING THE IDENTIFICATION LABEL
Once the sensor is programmed, place the
identification sticker that corresponds to the turbine
type programmed in the sensor. Collect the stickers
from the quality department. See the table.
