2003 – 2007. Director General of the Hadassah Neurim Youth Village.

• Planned, executed and developped staff, programs and resources
• Led a recovery plan in the financial and educational fields

• Developed the National Center for young Athletes for Israel

1999 – 2002. Principal of the Comprehensive High School of Arts and Sciences in
Hadera, Israel.

• managing 1100 students, 114 teachers and 20 staff, on everyday life
and long-term education goals.
• Innovative educational projects included new teaching methods and
changes, distant and computerized learning, seminars and more.

1997 – 1999. Cultural attache (Emissary) to the Jewish Community of Southern New
Jersey, USA.
• Lecturing about various topics regarding Israel
• Taught high school students, wrote on a regular basis for the local
newspaper
