OMPS-B Movable Glass Partition Sytem

Designed for the utilization of space

As to the existing structure or non-conventional architectural arrangement, the storage area
of the movable glass partition often needs special design. OMPS Series of partitions enable
easy stacking of panels without affecting access. The stacking can be done in a parallel or
perpendicular manner. The system does not require any floor channel and has a stainless steel
Top Bottom with frameless glass in between. It is ideal for making shop fronts and partitions.

During the closing of one-way double-acting movable door leaf, the
door leaf can be used as a one-way opening door with the assistance
of the cam-action door closer.

The system also enables placement of the door in middle of the parti-
tion, if required.

OMPS Storage Area

As to the existing structure or non-conventional architectural ar-
rangement , the storage area of the movable glass partition often
made special design. OMPS partitions can stay at variety types of
locations. Door leafs can be stored in parallel or in a perpendicular
manner; meanwhile door leafs can be withdrawn and lined without
affecting access; they can be used as show windows or display
area of shops, or even be subject to appropriate surface treatment
to enhance the sense of beauty. In addition, glass partitions can be

OMPS-W Series of Folding Movable Glass Partitions Wall

OMPS-W series of folding movable glass partition walls can be smoothly withdrawn or extended; both upper and lower door strips are provided on the door leafs;
and pulleys are arranged at the end of each second door leaf.

Folding movable glass partitions can be well used for horizontal partitioning solutions. Because both OMPS-W and OMPS-B series share the same door leaf and
same track system, they can be used in one solution. One set of OMPS-W system can also be added standard single or double-opening door leafs at the terminal.
A set of OMPS-W movable glass partition system basically comprises following key components: one end door leaf and 1-3 pieces of folding door leafs.

combination of more flexible space.

OMPS-Z Series of Movable Glass Partitions & Functions

OMPS-Z series movable glass partition walls enjoy smooth movement, attached with upper and
lower door strips. Pulley positions are located in the middle of door leafs. OMPS-Z series can be
used in the large-span partition solutions, and each system can be composed of 3-8 door leafs.
Because pulley positions are at the mid- points, paired door leafs are not necessary for this sys-
tem. Door leafs slide along the fixed tracks which are installed under the ceiling. This partition
system does not require additional ground tracks, therefore it will not cause floor damage during
arrangement. There must have a beginning door leaf that’s connected to folding door leafs. The
width of the beginning door leaf is half that of the folding door leaf, and a shaft shall be fitted.
Taking into account the symmetry of the overall movable partition, both end and beginning door
leafs shall have same width, without pulleys.

Concrete running principle:

The end folding door leaf can be stabilized by special floor lock and top lock; the top lock is to ensure the accurate po-
sitioning of the end folding door leaf; The folding hinge that’s connected to the swinging door leaf at the end is desined
larger accentricity to allow for the fixation of handle; all other folding door leafs are provided with standard folding hinges
and hanging pulleys.

Perfect and Graceful Design

Ozone series of movable walls are designed according to the sound rating required. The
performance of an operable wall is measured in a laboratory and expressed by its weighted
sound reduction index.

There are several choices which will suit different wall types and applications for how the
panels stack to the side of opening. . Based on the requirement the operable wall panels can
be Centre stack, Side stack or remote stack. An operable wall needs a method of acousti-
cally opening and closing the system, Interlocking panel edges mean that a gap needs to be
created along the track to break and stack the panels which can be achieved using expand-
ing panel, door panel or pivot panel. Sweep and retractable Seals are used at the top and
bottom of the panels to ensure an acoustic fit with the overhead track and the floor.

Specifications

Movable Acoustic Wall shall be as per below details supplied by OZONE and shall
consist of Top Hung, manually operated Acoustic Panels which can be linked to-
gether to form an acoustic wall.

PANELS: Based on the requirement the panels shall be constructed of board sepa-
rated by acoustic insulation of achieve the specified sound rating. Panel Faces are
replaceable at the site.

ACOUSTICS: Acoustic walls are classified by a STC (Sound Transmission Class)

rating for their effectiveness in reducing transmittted sound. Based on Acoustic
Requirements the panels shall be of STC 45 or STC 52. STC 45 shall make the wall
with loud speech barely audible on other side & STC 52 shall make the wall with
shouting barely audible on other side.

CLOSURE: The movable acoustic wall shall be acoustically opened & closed with
the help of an expanding panel located at the stacking end of the system. There is
on over-sleeve on the expanding panel which can be expanded side ways to lock
the acoustic wall in place. The oversleeve is expanded and retracted by a remov-
able handle in the face of pane.

STACKING: While opening of movable acoustic wall, panels shall be parked in a

side stack configuration which means that single panels are hung at two points at
the top corners of each panel. Panels will stack with one point remaining on the
main track and other on the side track.

SEALS: There shall be sweep seals at the top of the panels to seal them acousti-
cally to the track. There shall be retractable seals at the bottom of the panels to seal
them acoustically to the floor.
