MODELING EXCELLENCE

For this composition, I decided to get information about three high-achievers


that inspire me to do my best in everything I do. They are goal-oriented people
who are always on the lockout for exciting ways to grow both professionally and
personally.
 Steve Jobs was an american magnate, business owner, co-founder and ceo
of Apple12 and top individual shareholder of The Walt Disney Company 13.
 Walt Disney he was an american entrepreneur, animator, screenwriter, voice
dubbinger and film producer. Pioneer of the American animation industry,
introduced new features in cartoon production.
 Danae Ringelmann. Is an american entrepreneur, advisor, board member and
public speaker who has dedicated the majority of her work in service of
entrepreneurs bringing innovation, collaboration, empathy and a sustainability
mindset to the world’s most urgent challenges.

Even though they belong to different generations, I was able to find several
commonalities in their behaviours: The three of them think self discipline and
motivation is the most important quality you should have if you want to achieve
your goals. Steve Jobs did What passionated him, he worked hard, each day he
practiced the motivation himself and Walt Disney does too.

Research, observe, and learn are essential elements for succes according to
them. Every morning, Steve Jobs and Walt Disney didn´t leave his house
without Re-Evaluates Plan For The Day & Long Term Goals Danae Ringelman
didn´t either.
Walt Disney didn´t go to bed without before he closed his eyes and slow his
breathing while expressing gratitude for everything he had. Neither did Steve
Jobs.

Danae Ringelmann didn´t drink coffee. Steve Jobs didn´t either Instead, they
opted for green tea and stayed hydrated with orange juice and plenty of water ,
so did Walt Disney.

Additionally, they thought exercise and be over a diet improves the productivity
and boots energy levels.

In my case, I think I have not been as motivated and disciplined as I can in


regards to my goals. From now on, I will start using the day planner to check off
the activities that I do during the day. In regards to diet, I am going to start
cutting down on coffee and I will drink more water. I know it is not going to be
easy because most people don’t know anything about their detrimental effects
so they are always offering them. It was good to find out that they also think
discipline and motivativation is essential if we want to get ahead in life. That
was a lesson my dad taught me when I was a child and I couldn’t feel more
grateful.
