Elon Musk has always been a visionary, with his ideas he plans to change the world and
so far he is achieving it, this essay seeks to publicize one of his many projects, his objectives and
his controversial problems that have led to his ideas and in the same way, the ingenious solutions
with which Elonk is always victorious so that his dreams continue to be fulfilled. The Starlink
provide low-latency, broadband internet service, and worldwide coverage at low cost. Regulatory
requirements to launch nearly 12,000 satellites were completed in 2017 by the mid-2020s. The
impact of this technology in our lives is evident and unquestionable it will help the world in
One of the most important aspects of this project is that it will be the first to take these
types of satellites and put them into orbit, the same ones that would go on a Falcon 9 rocket in
Earth orbit. Internet communication satellites are expected to be small class, between 100 and
500 kg in mass, which were originally intended to be in low orbit at an altitude of approximately
1,100 kilometers. However, SpaceX eventually decided to keep the satellites at a relatively lower
level, 550 kilometers away, due to concerns about space pollution. The Starlink system is based
on the propagation of electromagnetic waves by vacuum, where they achieve a speed much
higher than any terrestrial fiber-optic connection today. Specifically, 47% faster, according to a
study by the University of Florida, which will be used to eliminate one of its disadvantages: the
Another aspect to consider in this project are criticism from scientists who are partially
astronomers. SpaceX has successfully launched a total of 60 new Starlink satellites for
deployment to Earth's orbit. With this, it already has 422 satellites from the Starlink network but
also a problem: they shine a lot. A subject that has been worrying astronomers since the first

launches and now Elon Musk has promised new measures to reduce the brightness of his small
satellites and thus not hinder the work of astronomers. For nearly a year, astronomers have
warned that Starlink was going to ruin the night sky. The small satellites that Starlink uses to
create a communications network have the peculiarity of shining and thus hinder astronomical
The last aspect that stands out is the solutions that Space X has taken for future releases.
To minimize the light impact Starlink may have on the night sky, Elon Musk has explained that
they are preparing new measures for future launches. As he explains, the current Starlink
satellites in orbit shine especially from the angle of the solar panels of the satellites in their lifting
and parking maneuvers. Starting with the ninth launch (today's was the seventh), Starlink
satellites will feature "umbrellas" made of a special dark foam that will not theoretically affect
radio wave transmission (Starlink's primary mission to offer connectivity), as explained by Elon
Musk. In principle, this measure is added to that of painting them with a special paint to darken
them.
In conclusion, this project is something revolutionized since Elon Musk and his group of
researchers want with this project to improve internet connectivity, their goal in the next 2 years
is to place around 4000 Starlikns in orbit so that anyone in the world can have access to a quality
internet. Although astronomers have said that Starlinks can interfere with their research, Elon has
already looked for a solution and is going to implement them in such a way that his idea does not
stop and benefit everyone, since in the future we can expect to have internet anywhere in the
world. Planet, this will benefit everyone and will be the future of communications.
