Introducción
Desempeño en el trabajo
Desempeño de rol: esto se refiere al desempeño de los empleados en su trabajo, tal
como está definido formalmente su rol.
Es difícil determinar qué tan bien se desempeña un empleado si no está bien descrito su
puesto. Esto dificulta la retroalimentación, cómo saber mejorar, o si saben qué hacer en
primer lugar. También el miedo a ser evaluado cuando hay ambigüedades en
las funciones puede provocar el estrés.
Esto implica que en situaciones en las que no hay mucha restricción, las emociones
positivas pueden predecir buen desempeño, por ejemplo: trabajo creativo, trabajo
proactivo, trabajos mal definidos, trabajos en nuevas organizaciones. Muchas compañías
empiezan así o tratan de llegar a ser así.
Algunas conductas pueden aparecer como la CLD a las organizaciones, pero en realidad
la motivación es ética. Puede haber informantes (whistleblowers) cuando un trabajador
reporta el trato poco ético y hasta ilegal de una organización.
Networking
Este es un espacio para que establezcas relaciones (networking) con tus
colegas. Se pretende que tú les enriquezcas a ellos y viceversa al compartir tus
experiencias y opiniones acerca de los contenidos del tema. Escoge uno que sea
