 MURREE BREWERY COMPANY LIMITED
Murree Brewery Company Limited was incorporated under the repealed Indian Companies Act
(now the Companies Act, 2017) in February 1861 as a public limited company in Pakistan. The
Company is principally engaged in the manufacturing of alcoholic beer, Pakistan Made Foreign
Liquor (PMFL), nonalcoholic beer, aerated water (non-alcoholic products), juices and food
products, mineral water, glass bottles and jars. The Company is presently operating three
divisions namely Liquor, Tops and Glass to carry out its principal activities.
THAL LIMITED
Thal Limited (the Company) was incorporated on January 31, 1966 as a public company limited
by shares under the Companies Act, 1913 (now the Companies Ordinance, 1984) and is listed on
the Pakistan Stock Exchange. The Company is engaged in the manufacture of jute goods,
engineering goods, papersack and laminate sheets.
DYNEA PAKISTAN LIMITED
Dynea Pakistan Limited was incorporated on June 20, 1982 in Pakistan as a public limited
company under the companies Act, 1913 (now the Companies Act 2017) and is listed on the
Pakistan stock exchange limited.   It is engaged in the manufacture and sale of formaldehyde,
urea/melamine formaldehyde, aminoplast compound and melamine glazing powder.
DAWOOD LAWRENCEPUR LIMITED

Dawood Lawrencepur engaged in trading and marketing of renewable energy solutions, mainly
solar, to commercial and industrial consumers, along with the legacy textile business. The
Company operates 2 segments: Renewable energy solutions and Alternate energy.
PAKISTAN NATIONAL SHIPPING CORPORATION
Pakistan National Shipping Corporation was established under the provisions of the Pakistan
National Shipping Corporation Ordinance, 1979 and is principally engaged in the business of
shipping, including charter of vessels, transportation of cargo and other related services and
providing commercial, technical, administrative, financial and other services to its subsidiaries
and third parties in relation to the business of shipping. The Corporation is also engaged in
renting out its properties to tenants under lease arrangements.
