A Different Way Hospitals Can Communicate

For our project we decided to create a plan for hospitals that they can follow to code a

website which should make communication easier between hospitals. This will not only save

money but could also save lives. Currently, hospitals use a myriad of brands of computers and

different tech that are not compatible. If these are regulated, it will be a very very large

improvement. All hospitals will have computers in the room so the most efficient option is a

website, because it's easy to make and it can work for every computer.

We will design a website to fix this problem. In the website there will be messaging

groups, with the main ones being called the hospital's name and they have sub groups with

different procedures or surgeries. Doctors can join in different groups such as muscle groups or

bone groups, and message other doctors in those groups to get answers for muscle or bone

related problems. To make things organized there will be a search bar and a home screen page.

The feature of the messaging portion should include text, images, videos, links, and records to

make sure everyone can communicate clearly.

There will be a connected tab where they will start off by choosing what type of record

they want to store, then by following it up with all the information. This will make it easy for

people to create new records and hospitals can hire people to transfer records onto the online. All

the records will be stored in one central database and can be searched for online or by just

scrolling around. In addition everything will be password protected to make sure everyone's

privacy is safe.

Another tab will include a wiki type of page. This encyclopedia will be created by the

joint knowledge of all the doctors. If someone doesn't want to ask a question they can go to this

encyclopedia to find their ansewrs. All the information being put there will be seen by many

doctors so it will be cross checked countless times for falseness.

So this website will include a messaging system, a record keeper, and an encyclopedia.

With this website communication will hopefully be much quicker and much more secure.With

the addition of the encyclopedia Doctors can fill in the gaps in their knowledge and be a lot more

confident. All of this will hopefully improve the Hospitals as a whole.
