1) Being an English teacher I have encouraged the students to speak in English more and more.
2) Motivated students to participate in literary activities like debate, extempore, speech etc to
remove stage fear within themselves to face the world ahead.
3) Guided students to present themselves on stage for comparing which they are doing
without any fear now.
4) Took utmost care for the students who were weak and provided them with the easy study
material which helped them out in learning.
5) Provided students with notes so that students come across new vocabulary.
