Suma Optifill Dispensing System is an innovative manual warewash system which offers consistent,
® TM/MC

controlled dispensing, with no installation or service and zero chance of a system failure. Optifill is
maintenance-free and delivers accurate dosing and dispensing without the need for equipment or a
permanent water connection. Optifill eliminates the hassles and problems associated with traditional
systems. Optifill is the only non wall-mounted system that allows customers to dispense just the right
amount of chemicals time and time again. Consistently meeting customers cleaning needs in the most
efficient and sustainable way.

• Place bottle on sink partition.

• Adjust slide on bottle to secure on sink partition and close drain.
• Align bottle so that flow of water from the faucet falls directly into inlet on top of
bottle. (faucet drop height of 4–8” is required)
• Fill sink with temperature of 122° F (50° C) at a flow rate of 4–8 gallons/minute
(15–30 liters/minute).
