TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
1. AGGREGATE INLINE STORAGE BINS
• Capacity: 4x20=80 m³
• Type: Inline Silo
• Welded and bolted construction.
• Aggregate bin panels, discharge cones and bin structure
are completely welded by automated welding robots.
• Discharge cones galvanized.
• 4 compartments suitable for storage 4 different type
aggregates.
• 8 group electro-pneumatically operated discharge gates.
• Discharge gates can be opened from the middle. So it is
possible to feed material in the middle of conveyor belt.

2. AGGREGATE WEIGH HOPPER

7. HIGH PRESSURE WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM INSIDE TW MIXER

• System provides uniform water distribution inside of the mixer via


nozzles under high pressure pump.
• It makes possible to get homogenous mixture in a short mixing
time.
• This function can be used in daily maintenance as a mixer cleaning
system.

8. ADDITIVE WEIGH HOPPER

10. SUPPORT STRUCTURE

11. OPERATOR’S CABIN, CONTROL PANEL and ELECTRONIC WEIGHING SYSTEM


• Plant will be controlled from operator cabin which has
wide view possibility.
• There is a control panel in the operator cabin.
• Soft starter of the mixer, all contactors of the motors,
TMS, relays and soft starter for the mixer are ABB or
SIEMENS brand.
• Power board has lighting facility and provides protection
according European Norms.
• Cables are Pirelli-ITALY brand. In order to provide easy
maintenance all cables and parts are numerated.
• Automatic control is performed by means of industrial
controller – ABB or SIEMENS PLC and Touch Panel
operator panel.
• Fully automatic and manual operation of the system is
possible from the control panel.
• The working of plant can be observed from the diagram
on the control panel.
• Weighing of aggregate, cement, water and additive can
be observed from the indicators which are equipped on
the control panel.
• Operator cabin will be equipped with 4 season air
conditioner.
• Batching plant computer is controlled by a PLC unit. The
system provides full automatic control. PLC is ABB or
SIEMENS brand.

13. CEMENT SCREW

14. CEMENT SILO


• Bolted Panel Construction
• Fly ash silo has required legs which give opportunity to
feed fly ash to the fly ash hopper with screw in suitable
angle.
• Cement silo has ladder and upper parapets.
• Cement silo has mechanical valve in discharge part.
• Cement silo has filling pipe.
• The parts of the silos are manufactured by special laser
cutting and drilling technologies and they are
implemented special surface cleaning procedure.
• All components are performed by chemical surface
cleaning procedure and after that coating and painting by
JOTUN-NORWAY brand paints.
• 2 units silo can be transported by one truck, which means
minimum transport cost.

15. CEMENT SILO REVERSE JET TYPE FILTER

• Cleaning System: Jet Pulse pneumatically.
• Compact 800 mm diameter 304 stainless steel body with bottom flange,
24.5 m2 filter surface.
• High filtration efficiency due to POLYPLEAT® filtering elements

• The air jet cleaning system is integrated in the hinged weather protection
cover.

16. CEMENT SILO ACCESSORIES
• Max-min. level indicator - Level indicator is a limit
value indicator that is used to check the material
filling volume in the silo.
• Fluidizing system - Fluidizing system involves
distribution pipe and nozzles. Distribution pipe is
assembled into silo by fixing parts that are pre-
assembled in to the silo.
