Reflective Report On Skill Of Being an advocacy worker ……

Strength:

Time management skill : I have good time management skill. I can do

my work in proper time. because time is more important.

Driving skill : I like to drive a car so I have good driving skill. Whenever, I
wants to go long drive i am getting ready.

Friend circle :I would like to make a new friend . if we have good circle
then we can do everything like a enjoying time ,playing cricket and
different activity.

Leadership : I always think to become a leader. So it has been very good

point of view for the life. Its called leadership skill.

Team member skill : I would like to work in team so its always helpful
and easy. so I have good team member skill .

Limitation :

Language :
 language is most important part of the life. i am giving one example for
my friend .He is very crazy. He have no passion ,he don’t know how to
talk with the elder people how to give a respect and etc.

Relationship :

Every one have some limitation in their life . Some one who don’t know
how to make a new friends and how to maintain relation with different
people.

Planning :

A part from this, I have no planning to any kind of work. i am doing

every work without planning so its always happening wrong .from that I
have to learn about the proper planning.

Some people find this difficult to do. If you are finding this to be difficult
then
you can approach it this way. Try to see yourself the way
others see you. For example, how do your good friends see you? What
would they say are your strengths, assets, etc.?
Personal Barriers :

I have taken stress management classes that to really seem to

help a lot, but they always seem to tell you to give up some of
your responsibilities. There are six different skills that we use to
understand the thinking process. To this day my grandmother has
bad feeling towards non-Indians. Once I have completely
understood these then it is the self-regulation, the self consciously
to monitor one's cognitive activities, the elements used in those
activities, and the results educed, particularly by applying skills in
analysis and evaluation to one's own inferential judgments with a
view toward questions, confirming, validation, or correcting either
one's reasoning or results. My mother is a non-Indian and when I
learned how to weave the baskets of my tribe, my grandmother's
first words to me were " I guess you have more Indian in you then
white man. I do normally come back and say that I am just a half-
breed myself.
Policy Analysis :
Policy and procedure s of the origination must have to learn first
and understand them whether the origination can help them or not
about the finance and rules and regulations because some
originations are specialized in different purpose like migrant
services, Educations for the refugee, helping the older people
,helping the drug and alcoholic individual etc so we must have to
understand which organization is belong to solve this problem.
Raising Awareness :

I am writing about raising awareness. The World Solar

Programmed 1996-2005 has greatly contributed to
raising awareness on potential and opportunities for
utilization of renewable energy at various levels of
society.

Some of the projects implemented by the WSP have

created awareness at political and government levels. For
example, the Honduran government used the solar
village demonstration project to source funding for more
solar village projects. According to information obtained
during field visits, the electrification of a rural police post
under the Solar Village demonstration project in Malawi
has made police authorities aware of the benefits of solar
lighting and to this effect, authorities in Malawi Police
have requested their government to provide funds that
will enable all rural police posts to be electrified.

Electrification of schools has provided a linkage between

education and energy. Children have become aware of
benefits of solar energy applications. In case of
Honduras, the project has contributed to broaden
children’s knowledge through exposure to new
educational technologies using computers, access to
information and communication via the internet.

Campaigning :

As a poster ,banner ,broachers, rally and public support .

long term change requires and improvement of the
system and structures that cause poverty. Research
,lobbying and the creation of effective policy are vestal
steps in third process.
People in position of power need to know that concerns
you . we can influence policy locally and internationally
and see that justice is done for the billions of people who
go through the day without enough food or clean water .

Building Network :

Connection, Partner, network and channel. Without any

partner person cant do anything . A part from this we
need big connection. For example who wants to establish
company so they guy wants some background as a
financial ,manpower ,machine power ,etc. However ,we
need strong support for any type of help.

Media :

Media is one of the best support in the world. it is the

easy way to know about the news what’s going on?
What is the happening in the world ? Media advocacy is
the process of disseminating policy-related information
through the communication media, especially where the
aim is to effect action, a change of policy, or to alter the
publics view on issue. While a strict definition of media
advocacy is limited to the strategic use of mass media in
regard to a policy initiative ,public health views the term
more broadly.

Recommendation to improve and work on advocacy skill

Planning and organizational skills

This skill is most important so I need to do hard work for
this. I need to do advance planning and exercises. and I
have organize my proper skill.
