shows “American Chopper” and “American Chopper: Senior vs. Junior”.

Early life – date and place of birth, parents, siblings and educational
background
Michael Joseph Teutul was born on 26 November, 1978 in in Suffern, New York USA.
He is a son of Paul Teutul Sr. and Paula Teutul. His parents divorced in 1995 when Michael was
17 years old. He has 3 siblings Paul Jr., Daniel and Cristin Teutul of whom he is the youngest.
His father Paul Sr., one of the most successful creator of personalized motorcycles, founded
“Orange County Choppers” in 1999 while his brother Paul is the chief fabricator on the same
show. His brother Daniel is the owner and general manager of “Orange County Ironworks LLC”.

Career.
“American Chopper” was on air for about ten years, from 2002 to 2012. It is produced by Pilgrim Media
Group, with Sam Korkis and Craig Piligian. On the TV program the Teutul family's work at Neuberg,
New York City shop is exhibited. It was one of the first shows of reality TV that followed different
people in daily life. The series showed much of the family drama without script

At the age of 14, Michael started working at the “Orange County Iron Works”, the family
business. Once Paul Sr. and Paul Jr. funded “Orange County Choppers”, he joined the company
as an assistant general manager. Among the duties he developed there he answered the calls and
took out the rubbish. Only rarely, Teutul helped building choppers but eventually he built his
own bike.
As a part of the shows, Michael was in charge of the comic relief, “the inclusion of
a humorous character, scene, or witty dialogue in an otherwise serious work, often to relieve
tension”. Also, he frequently appeared at events to promote the company. Moreover, Teutul
appeared on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno”, “Late Night with Conan O'Brien” and “Late
Show with David Letterman”
Reaching the end of the series, Michael tried to mediate the arguments between her father and
her brother Paul. In episode 13 of the 6th season it was revealed that Michael was removed of the
business. Paul Sr. argued that his youngest son had a lot of chances to succeed at “OCC” but he
did not follow the right path.
Michael then followed Paul Jr. in “Paul Jr. Designs”, his brother’s new business.
Once he was out of show in May 2012, he took the time to take care of his health and family for
a while planning what to do with his career.
Firstly, Michael could continue a positive relationship with his family. Sometime later, he closed
his art gallery in 2014, but never stopped to continue his passion for painting. On December of
the same year, he appeared in a special edition of the show “American Chopper: Shaq Bike.
In 2018, he was known busy with his music and also focused on doing some of his own
filmmaking.
On 12 February 2019, the new season of “American Chopper” released, starred by Paul Teutul
Sr. and Paul Teutul Jr. However, Michael was not mentioned. 
He played himself on two different programs: “Kings of the Hill” and “My Name is Earl”.

Personal life.
Michael displays much of his personal life on TV and social media. While his brother, Paul
Teutul Jr. is known married to fashion designer Rachael Biester since 2010, Michael’s love life
remains unknown to the public. However, he has Previously seen dating women including Andy
and Karen Baker.
