NUMBER OF AREAS/DEPARTMENTS

HARDWARE:
This area assembles the motherboard, processor and case of the pc one by one to
finally put it in together correctly.
SOFTWARE
They are in charge of programing and loading the operative system to the
computer’s hard drive or Solid State Drive (SSD), and with it any software the new product
needs.
QUALITY DEPARTMENT
When the computer is assembled and ready to be packed, the quality department
is there to verify samples of the production to check if the product works and are up to
standards that comply with the company's policy.
PACKING AND LOGISTICS
When the samples show that the production is up to standards, the products are
ready to be put in their transport format, which is in boxes that protect the components
of the unit and most likely be their commercial form factor. Once the packing and marking
of the containers is done, it’s ready to be delivered to retail stores and distribution
centers.
a) Packing: When the product is tested and successfully passed the quality
standard, then it’s ready to be packed with the polyurethane that protects the
whole unit.
b) Marking: Identification information is important to effectively have a way of
knowing how many units are being transported, sold and/or delivered to
clients, in case of a malfunction or any case of product failure the client needs
to report such case with the unit respective information such as: model, serial
number, retail department, etc.
c) Deliver and transport: When the product is finally ready then it’s put in batches
that are put in vehicles for transport to distribution centers and stores for
clients to buy.

PROCCESSES.
Supplement processes:
For the assembly of the computers it is necessary to have the necessary pieces and for
that, it is necessary to contact companies who elaborate the pieces such as processors,
video cards, etc. to place orders for the materials that will be needed for the computer
assembly.
Manufacture processes:
Step 1. - Install Processor in the motherboard.
Step 2. - Install RAM.
Step 3. - Place SSD.
Step 4. - Install cooling system.
Step 5. - Place hard drive.
Step 6. - Install graphics card.
Step 7. - Install power supply in the cabinet.
Step 8. - Place motherboard in the cabinet.
Stop 9. - Install software.
QUALITY PROCESSES:
After finishing assembling the computer, a test is done to see if everything works
as expected, running some programs and games on the computer to see its behavior and
if something goes wrong being able to repair it in time.
SALES PROCESSES:
After having checked the quality of the product, it is packaged in a large box with a
lot of dry ice to prevent any damage along the way and then it is ready to ship or for the
customer to pick up the product.
