Working as Technical Support Engineer for Voice Gate Technologies India Pvt Ltd,
Hyderabad from April, 2008 to present.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Implementation, Testing and maintenance of various VAS

services across all mobile operators within INDIA (Airtel, Aircel, Vodafone,
TATA, Idea & BSNL)
• Installation and Maintenance of Telecom related products (IVR, Cal Logger,
VMS CRBT and OBD & IBD) including hardware, OS/DB and applications.
• Site integration, Site expansion of CRBT, OBD & IBD, and IVRS servers.
• SQL Database Management of Every server.
• Providing solutions and troubleshooting all hardware, Operating System,
Network, Connectivity related problems to our clients.
• Installation and expansion of Voice & Signalling Cards Such as Dialogic, NMS,
Keygoe, Eicon and Synway.
• Co-ordination with marketing and technical teams of Voice Gate and Mobile
Operators
• Getting in touch with Software team to know the various products developing
