Emplyment Agreement

This Employment Agreement has been made and entered into 30th of November 2017 between Felicity
Company and the Employee (name)

WHEREAS: The Company desires to employ the Employee and Employee desires to be employed by the
Company on the terms and condition composed herein;

NOW THEREFORE: In consideration of the mutual promises, covenants and agreements contained
herein and the other good and valuable consideration by which parties acknowledge. The Company and
Employee agree as follows;

1. Employment

Employee understands and agrees to serve in such capacity upon the terms and conditions prepared in
this agreement. Employee shall comply the Cpmpany policies, procedures, rules and regulations, both
written and oral as implemented by the Company.

2. Salary

During the term of this agreement, Employee will receive a daily salary based on provincial current daily
minimum wage rates for 2017. The Employee salary shall be payable in accordance with the normal
payroll of the Company.

3. Duties and Position

The Employee shall perform such duties, functions, and responsibilities consistent with employee's
position as may be assigned from time to time. Accordingly, any assignment of a new position or
modification of Employee's duties and responsibilities shall be subject to Employee's consent.

4. Employee to devote fulltime to Company

Employee will devote full business time, efforts and attention to the services required to Employee.
Except for reasonable periods of absence due to sickness or personal injury. Employee shall use the best
efforts, judgement and energy to perform, improve and advance the business and interests of the
Company in manner consistent with the duties of Employee's position.

5. Confidentiality of Proprietary Information

Employee acknowledges and agrees that all nonpublic information concerning the business of the
Company or any of it's affiliates including the information which is unique to the Company, projects,
developments, business plans, financial plans, products, processes, services, client lists, business
method and cost data, marketing techniques, pricing policies, financial targets and sales plans are all
Confidential Information and shall remain as a property of the Company. The Employee recognizes and
agrees that all of the Confidential Information shall not reveal to the public. The Company must
maintain the information and use it only for authorized purposes. The Employee shall not use or disclose
any such information except as authorized by the Company.

6. Working Hours

The number of hours with which an Employee and Company agree shall be the number of hours that
normally given to the Employee.

7. Reimbursement of Expense

Employee will be entitled to reimbursement from the Company for customary, ordinary and necessary
business expenses incurred by Employee in the performance of Employee's duties during the term. In
accordance, Employee shall provide receipts, invoices or other supporting documentation satisfactory to
the Company supporting the expenses are presented to the Company.
