11. You schedule an outpatient follow-up visit for two weeks after discharge. What
will you assess during that follow-up visit to see if DL is progressing toward each
goal? (2 pts)
For my follow up visit I will monitor patients BMI and any changes noted from
the previous recorded weight. And for my second goal I will check for cholesterol
levels. The patient will be progressing toward each goal if there is any weight loss
and lower cholesterol levels measured on the day of the follow up visit.
