The purpose of this report is to notify the Court of the status of Mr. Richard Martin’s non-compliance of the conditions that were
set forth by the Court.

Mr. Martin was placed on probation by the Court on 06/29/2018 where he was advised by the Court of the conditions of his
probation. Mr. Martin has failed to provide verification of treatment and has made not attempts to comply with the
recommendation of his evaluation from Life Renewal Services.

This Agent contacted the Life Renewal Services on 06/03/20, and was made aware that Mr. Martin was very disrespectful and
continued to scream and shout obscenities to the administrative staff and refused to be put on hold while a supervisor could be
contacted.

Mr. Martin has been emailing this Agent, starting on 06/01/20 along with numerous other individual’s in Law Enforcement and
other State and Federal agencies making accusations.

Additionally, on 12/12/2019 the Agent on Duty received a call from Special Agent Crystal Griner with

Unites States Capitol Police 202-228-4183. The Special Agent stated that Mr. Martin made explicit comments to a senator
through a public forum. Which included Mr. Martin telling the Senator "to go F**K himself and called the Senator a B*tch". No
charges were brought against Mr. Martin in this matter.

Due to Mr. Martin's irrational behavior, this Agent believes that Mr. Martin is not adhering to the special condition of taking all
prescribed medication. This Agent attempted to reach out to Mr. Martin's parents (Richard and Kathy Martin) at various
numbers that were given during Mr. Martin Probation and was met with failed attempts.

This Agent respectfully requests that the Court take any action that is deemed necessary with regard to the well-being and
safety of Mr. Martin and for public safety. A copy of the various emails that Mr. Martin has sent are attached to this report.

It is alleged that the subject of this report has violated the following conditions of supervision:

Condition 12: Submit to evaluation and attend and successfully complete mental health treatment as directed by your
supervising agent.

Mr. Martin has failed to comply with treatment and has not given this agent any verification of attending treatment.

This Agent contacted the Life Renewal Services on 06/03/20, and was made aware that Mr. Martin was very
disrespectful and continued to scream and shout obscenities to the administrative staff and refused to be put on hold
while a supervisor could be contacted.

Condition 33: Take medication as prescribe.

Due to Mr. Martin's irrational behavior, failing to provide any type of verification for treatment. This Agent believes that
Mr. Martin is not adhering to the special condition of taking all prescribed medication.
