SEQUENCERS
Llamamos ORDENADORES DEL DISCURSO o SEQUENCERS a las palabras que utilizamos
cuando contamos una historia y cuando damos instrucciones y que nos ayudan a poner en
orden los pasos.

Los usamos en el siguiente orden:

1. FIRST
2. THEN
3. NEXT
4. AFTER THAT
5. FINALLY

THEN, NEXT y AFTER THAT pueden intercambiarse de lugar e incluso repetirse.

SIEMPRE USAMOS COMA DESPUES DE “FIRST”, “THEN”, “NEXT”, “AFTER THAT” Y “FINALLY”

1. Busque en el diccionario los siguientes verbos y anote el significado en español.

2. Complete con el verbo que corresponda. Son las primeras instrucciones que me dieron

How to paint a room:

First you have to clean the walls. Then, remove the previous paint with a
sandpaper. After that put a layer of sealant to the walls. And finally paint the
walls with the paint you want.
