To help create a social media strategy for our chosen nonprofit

Stakeholders:  
● Nonprofit of our choosing, Professor Iwanskii, and MSOE university  
 
Goals:  
● Increase public awareness of nonprofit  
● Spread their message (of nonprofit) to targeted demographics 
● Post analytics  
● We, as a team, want to use this project as a future work example to expand our 
portfolio 
 
Milestones: 
● TBD based on further instructions​ (​ we will have a schedule/timeline for 
completing assignments and submission dates)

Expectations: 
Performance Standards: 
● Everyone tries their best on each project  
● Communication is key 
● Work to achieve a minimum grade of 95% on the project 
● Each member is held accountable for his/her responsibilities/skills contributed  
Team Rules: 
● Every member tries their best to attend class; if a member cannot make it, they 
will inform the group ahead of time and follow up (meeting notes) 
● Attend weekly meetings determined by the team

● Everything should be done the night before the due date; reviews can be done 
the day of  
● Turn in assignments at least two hours before due unless discussed with the
