New Employee Onboard Medical Check

Dear New Staff


As one the most important part of new employee onboarding package, you are required to take Medical Check
before onboarding. You also can use latest 6 months Medical Examination Report if have.
All the Medical Check information should be true and the result needs meet the job requirement.

 Medical Check Items including but not limited to:


1. General: Height、Weight
2. Internal Medicine: Blood Pressure、Heart Rhythm、Heart Rate、Lung、Liver、Spleen etc.
3. Surgery: Limbs、Trunk、Spine、Skin etc.
4. Ophthalmology: Eyesight、Corrected Visual Acuity、Color Discrimination etc.
5. ENT
6. Examination: X Ray Chest、ECG、Blood Routine Examination、Urine Routine、ALT、S Cr Urea、HbSAg
7. Etc.

 Medical Check Budget: 2,000 INR

 Reimbursement Process:Please log in CRM system within 30days after onboarding, choose PMIN, click
