Research - Presentation: Always start with a bit of research of your own. Look at the
websites the infertility clinic has put up. A glossy, well structured, informative website is the
first sign that the infertility clinic is probably good. Download their brochure or presentation
file for further study.
Feedback - Next, look for client feedback – not just on the website itself, but also
elsewhere on the net. People who have had unhappy experiences often use various online
forums to complain. While at it, remember that
every service will have a few lemons. There
will always be disgruntled clients who might
have felt over-charged or neglected. These are
personal opinions and may or may not be
accurate. A few negatives in an ocean of
positives should not dissuade you from
approaching the infertility clinic.
Size matters – Look for infertility clinics that are physically large i.e. occupying several
floors or an entire building. Owners who have
money will ensure decent investment in
everything that matters. Small one or two room
infertility clinics can neither afford quality staff
nor equipment. They are also likely to skimp on
hygiene and service.
