1. Project Background of Australian Tree Corp.

1.1 Project Background


The current status of ATC is reputed in the field of the Forestry and wood selling for the
different purposes of the organizations and home purposes. Australian forest industry is worth of
$23 billion and has been contributing in the employment of the 70,000 individuals. The core
operation of the organization is to grow and cut trees and sell them throughout the Australia.
From one side, the organization is contributing in the growth of the economy by supplying
woods and introducing the employment to a large number of the population. Adversely this has
been also impacting the sustainable nature of the environment and society as cutting trees is not
good for the environment. With the advancement of the industries and regular cutting of the
trees, the environment of world is getting impacted and most concerning factor of the present
situation is the sustainability factor and green technology.

The aim of this report is to highlight the factors related to the analysis of the approach of
sustainability adoption of the company while managing the daily operations for meeting the
2 users’ needs and requirements. This report will be covering the project management and
managerial approaches those will lead to the sophisticated and smooth delivery of the entire
project and manage the deliverables accordingly. The approaches will b e to develop a
sophisticated plan that could alternatively lead to a sophisticated result that is strategic and
focused towards the development and deployment of the project approaches those could
alternatively lead to the delivery of thye analysis in an efficient and effective way.

1.2 Project goal (SMART goal)


S The aim of the project is to develop and deploy a sustainable business that can promote
the business organizations and allow the management and delivery of the entire
operational activities without any resistance from the locals.
M To improve the productivity of the organization by increasing the overall revenue of the
company and allowing the organization in gaining better command over the sustainable
business.
A The project will be delivered within the estimated timeline for managing the sustainable
business through adopting the approaches those are aside then cutting trees and
introducing the approaches in every where else where the sustainability can be
implemented.
R The approaches of the sustainability is as real as that of the other approaches those
could effectively and efficiently improve the existing condition of the organization. the

defined approaches will be to analyze the existing business scenario and manage the
deliverables accordingly.
T The estimated timeline for the analysis of the various approaches will be 100+-10%
days and the entire project will be delivered within the estimated timeline.

1.3 Project Objective


Following is the list of the objectives those are considerable for the delivery and management
of the entire project and the management of the entire analysis over the adoption of sustainable
environment:

 To analyse the existing operations of the ATC company and allow the management of the
entire operations those are required for meeting the needs and requirements of the entire
organization.
 To integrate the approaches of the sustainable business and the operations of the
company in manner to manage and deliver the daily operations
 To contribute in the overall adoption of the sustainable environment that can allow the
smooth and effective management and delivery of the entire organizational structure
 To contribute in the economic development of the Australia and allow the organization in

being more supportive towards nature nurturing and environment protection.
 To deliver the project within the estimated constraints and manage the delivery as it is
being planned
 To develop the sophisticated plan that can allow the analyst in delivering the
sophisticated project delivery.

1.4 Project Deliverable


The deliverables of the project are as follows:

1. A strategic pathway for the delivery and management of the analysis that can contribute in the
growth and development of the entire project and manage the deliverables accordingly.
2. To allow the business analyst to be focused and targeted towards the accomplishment of the
desired output that is identification of the approaches those are necessary for the adoption of the
sustainable business.
3. It will be contributing in the successful and effective delivery of the research that is concerned
towards the management of the entire project operations.

1.5 Strategic alignment of project


The project is focused towards the adoption of the best practices those could be highly
effective and efficient in aligning the business goals and the approaches those are necessary for
the delivery and management of the entire business operation deliveries and management and
allow them in contributing the overall deliveries of the project. The approaches of the analysis
will be considering the impact of the political, social, and economic impact of the sustainable
business and its management throughout the entire organization’s operations and manage the
deliverables accordingly. The strategic approach will be to reduce the overall impact of the waste
reduction and various other approaches those are considerable for the management and delivery
of the business operations. The defined activities for the analysis will be considering the
organizational approaches and the approaches of the final delivery of the project and allow its
management and delivery in an efficient and effective way.

The Business analyst will be needing the access and grant over the entire business access
and its management. The ethical concern will be managed and considered throughout the project

Project Information
The goal of the project is to deliver an analysis over the adoption of the sustainable
business by the ATC in managing the project deliverables and assuring the strategic approach
and delivery of the project activities those could lead to the final outcome of the projects. The
