AVP BSO - Role Overview
• AVP BSO is a Leadership role at Tracxn
– You will be handling some of the most important responsibilities within the company.
– The work you will be doing will have direct impact on the growth and future of the company.
• You will be leading a “Dept Unit” & will own it end-to-end
– There are various types of department units at Tracxn (samples in next slide). You are expected to lead one of them.
– Amount of responsibilities you undertake in this role are limited only by how much you can chew while still delivering results.
• The role involves owning strategy as well as operations
– For your units, you will be required to design ops, implement IT systems & manage rollouts
– You will also be responsible for smooth running of daily ops i.e. track metrics, review work & do meetings with your team
• If your Dept Unit is ops-heavy, you will also be taking direct reporting of 1 or 2 AVP Operations
– You will be responsible to make sure that AVP Ops is running the department operations well.
• It is NOT a function-specific role but is a Generalist role
– You could be leading any of the units within the company depending upon the company requirement
