HOW WILL I PAY FOR MY IMMIGRATION
SERVICES?
You will only begin paying for our immigration
and relocation services once you are settled
at your new job in the USA and earning a
great salary.
Once you begin working in the U.S.A., you
will be required to pay a $60.00 USD weekly
fee for the first 3 years (156 weeks) of
employment in the USA.

As a reward for your unwavering commitment

to your employer, Visa Solutions will waive
the remaining $12,500.00 USD. So, you will
owe nothing more at that point!
06 COSTS/FEES COVERED BY
THE CANDIDATE
Your Health Certificate needs to be obtained within 21 days after receiving your Offer of Employment
Health Variable letter. You will pay the cost directly to the medical facility performing the test. This check is done so the
Certificate employer can verify you are in good health and able to perform the job you are being hired for.

Passport Variable In order to begin your immigration process, you need a valid passport. Costs vary by country.

USA After the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services has approved your case, you will be

07 FAMILY
OPTIONS
You also have the option of including your spouse and any unmarried children or stepchildren
under 21 years of age in your immigration application.

Once you enter our Green Card program, you will receive a questionnaire where you can
choose 1 of these 2 options:

 OPTION A If you choose this option, your family members WILL NOT be included in your
Green Card application process, and they will NOT be able to move permanently to
the USA with you. However, your family may be able to apply and obtain a tourist Visa,
so they can visit you in the USA. You also have the option to travel back to your home
country and visit your family during your vacation time.

 OPTION B In this option you choose to travel to the United States of America by yourself
and your family will follow to join once you have settled and have the necessary savings to
pay the expenses of your family’s Green Card process. You have between 2-12 months to
contact us to start their process. Visa Solutions charges a fee which must be paid at the
beginning of the Follow to Join process.

The family members you decide to include will also receive a Permanent Resident status and can enjoy
the same benefits as you of living in the USA. Your spouse will be able to work and your kids will be able
to attend public school.
08 FAMILY FEES
