SECUENCIA DIDÁCTICA

OBJECTIVES/OUTCOMES UNIT 3
PROPOSITO
(META A ALCANZAR POR EL ESTUDIANTE) LESSON (7-9)
 To listen a traditional story and identify cloths vocabulary.
 To read a traditional story looking images.
 To talk about the story and answer questions from it.
 To identify numbers from 0 to 20 and count in fives.

VOCABULARY: clothes and numbers.

WARMING UP (LESSON OVERVIEW) First the teacher and the students will say a prayer to thank God for a new day, then we will sing the song "hello" so the children

CLASS MANAGEMENT
Ejercitación The teacher will start the class with a review about the previous topic and the vocabulary. Then, teacher will play the story “The
(Desarrollo de la clase) Mitten”, the students are going to listen and identify clothes vocabulary and the characters. After, students are going to watch
the story video. Then they will read story images to complete the story. Also they are going to work with songs and games using
the same story in that way they are going to recognize and work with their knowledge. Then the teacher will introduce the
numbers using hopscotch game outside the classroom, then they are going to play wit addition game to practice all the
numbers. Students will develop the exercises on pages 26, 27 and 29 from the activity book”.
PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT(STUDENT) After each lesson the students have to develop some exercises in student´s book and in the activity book. Also, they must do a
Demostración task assigned by the teacher to demonstrate the acquired knowledge.

Observaciones: Because of the Talent Show that Kindergarten Advance A and B have on May 8th the lesson plan to develop during March 18th to April 5th could not be finish. The new lesson
plan form April 8th to May 3rd will have variations for the same reason. The teachers will develop this lesson plan in the followins order to complete the activities:
April 8th to April 12th: Unit 3, Lessons 1 to 3 (same activities from the last lesson plan)
April 22nd to April 26th: Unit 3, Lessons 4 to 6 (same activities from the last lesson plan)

April 29th to May 3rd: Unit 3rd, Lessons 7 to 9 (new activities)
