TRANSFER OF RIGHTS

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, PAUL JHUN AGUSTIN MAGNABIJON ​Filipino, of legal age, ​with residence and postal
address at 506 Urban Deca Tower Edsa Highway Hills Mandaluyong City, hereinafter referred to as the
“TRANSFEROR​”, for and in consideration of
________________________________(PhP__________) ​Philippine Currency, to me in
hand paid in full to my satisfaction, do hereby CEDES, ASSIGNS and TRANSFERS all my rights and
interests in the purchase of Blk 1 Lot 13. Hampstead Place Brgy. Nangka Marikina City
containing an area of ​Fifty Four (54.00) square meters, more or less, unto​, JONAS BECHAYDA
VILLAVERT​, ​of legal age, Filipino, single., with residence and postal address at #88 Upper Balite
Fortune Marikina City , hereinafter referred to as the “​TRANSFEREE​”.

That upon signing of this instrument and, the TRANSFEREE shall assume the remaining balance
in the amount of ​__________________________________________
(PhP_____________) including the accruing interests and penalties, if any, and shall be directly
responsible to pay all installments due and payable to ​HIGHVALUE REALTY & DEVELOPMENT
CORP.

The TRANSFEREE binds herself to abide all rules and regulations of the owner developer of
Hampstead Place in accordance with the Contract to Sell executed by the herein TRANSFEROR.

That TRANSFEROR and the TRANSFEREE undertake to free the subdivision owner/ developer
from any liability in connection thereto. This Transfer of Rights is subject to final approval of the
subdivision owner / developer.
