99.09.63 Expected secure disk not present. Replace with correct A new or blank disk has been

Recommended action
Install the correct hard disk for this
product. If the recommended hard disk is
installed and this error persists, run the
Format Disk procedure from the pre-boot
menu and then reload firmware.
Lock the disk by accessing the pre-boot
menu and selecting Lock Disk.
Install a new disk or unlock this disk from
the pre-boot menu. If the disk will be
reused in a different product, run the
Format Disk procedure from the pre-boot
menu. Reload firmware and lock the disk.
Follow the procedure to load firmware on
a new hard disk and then lock it to this
product.
Replace the hard disk drive assembly.
Run the Format Disk procedure from the
pre-boot menu and then reload firmware.
If the error persists replace the disk drive
assembly.
Install a compatible disk drive. If the error
persists and a disk drive is already
installed, replace the disk drive assembly.
Select any key to continue to the main pre-
boot menu. When the main menu displays
select help (?), and view this help text:
Disk is not bootable, please download
firmware. To download firmware, select
Administrator. If a password is assigned
to the Administrator, a password prompt
displays. Enter the password, and select
Download. Select Network or USB.
Download a new firmware bundle to the
product.
Reinstall the secondary encrypted storage
device.
