Introduction:

This work is part of a very positive aspect in my life, because I will talk about my
favorite foods, in which I will talk about what I like to eat and cook, I will also say
about some aspects and fundamental ingredient of my favorite food, At the
same time I will say some food dishes that I like and others that I do not like at
all, in which I take time to think and analyze the foods that I really like. we must
be clear that food is a fundamental basis for human beings.

Development:

There are different food dishes, within them are the ones I like and the ones I do
not like. It can be said that food plays a very fundamental role in my life,
because through it I acquire strength, energy and the proteins necessary to face
the day to day.

Among my favorite foods are pizzas, tacos, lasagna, leaf cakes, rice with meat
and beans, banana mangu, cheese, fried potato among others.
My favorite desserts are the biscuit, ice cream and gelatin, as they are delicious
and soft to digest and at the same time they are very sweet. As for the drink I
like to drink natural juices such as: pina colada, lemon and orange juice,
banana and milkshake, milk, among other drinks.

Each of this food already mentioned are my favorite dishes, because they are
part of my daily routine and are very common dishes in my country.

Among the dishes that I do not like are: lentils, octopus, rice with vegetables,
beef and pork. These dishes I do not like because some are very uncomfortable
for me to digest and others because I do not like them.

Food is the nutrition of human beings and each human being knows and sees
what their favorite food is and it is as Anthony Burgess said "a well-balanced
meal is like a poem to the development of life."

Conclusion:

At the conclusion of this work I am satisfied with the knowledge acquired, since
I spoke here about several topics of my favorite food, which is of great
importance for my personal development in the English language. I also loved
working with this topic, because I was able to read, learn, analyze and expand
my knowledge in the English language.
