We have to consider these challenges and trends

-Diversity and inclusion: Diversity is defined as the differences between people.


These differences can include race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, background,
socioeconomic status, and much more.
-Multicultiralism: (localisation) goes deeper than diversity by focusing on
inclusiveness, understanding, and respect, and also by looking at unequal power in
society.
-Recruitment and selection: the workforce planning, robotization of the procedures
and also artificial intelligence.
We can understand that it must be customized according to each person of the
company. It’s also about criteria of the company, to apply globally equality.
-Retention and motivation: pay equity, collaborative work, employee experience,
upskilling ( how we make our employees to be more performed).
-Employee well-being: empowerment, work-life balance, mental health, emotional
intelligence, ethical intelligence.
