Lomo saltado.
Ingredientes:
2libra de lomo de res cortado en tiras delgadas
2dientes de ajo, finamente picados
Sal, Pimienta al gusto
3cucharadas de aceite vegetal
1cebolla morada (roja) pequeña, cortada en rodajas gruesas
2tomates cortados en rodajas gruesas
1ají amarillo sin semillas ni venas, cortado en tiras finas
2 pimentones rodajas gruesas
2cucharadas de salsa de soya
3cucharadas de vinagre de vino tinto
1/3taza de caldo de carne (caldo de res)
1/2taza de cilantro fresco, picado grueso
2tazas de papas fritas
Preparación
1. Sazona la carne con ajo, sal y pimienta
2. Coloca un wok o una sartén a fuego muy alto. Añade el aceite y saltea la
carne, unas pocos tiras a la vez (2 minutos por tanda) para que no se
suden, sino que se doren.
3. Agrega la cebolla, el tomate, el ají. El pimentón rojo y saltea todo por
aproximadamente 2 a 3 minutos. Los tomates y la cebolla deben estar
crujientes, no blandos. Añade la salsa de soya y el vinagre a los lados del
wok o la sartén y mezcla todo. Añade el caldo de carne (de res) y cocina 1
1/2 minutos más. Pruébalo para ajustar la sazón.
4. Apaga el fuego, agrega el cilantro picado y sírvelo inmediatamente con
papas fritas y arroz árabe.

2 lb beef tenderloin cut into thin strips
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Salt, pepper to taste
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 small red (red) onion, cut into thick slices
2 tomatoes cut into thick slices
1 yellow pepper without seeds or veins, cut into thin strips
2 thickly sliced bell peppers
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
1/3 cup beef broth (beef broth)
1/2 cup fresh coriander, coarsely chopped
2 cups french fries
Preparation
1. Season the meat with garlic, salt and pepper
2. Place a wok or frying pan over very high heat. Add the oil and sauté the meat, a
few strips at a time (2 minutes per batch) so that they do not sweat, but brown.
3. Add the onion, tomato, and chili. Red bell pepper and sauté everything for about
2 to 3 minutes. Tomatoes and onion should be crisp, not mushy. Add the soy
sauce and vinegar to the sides of the wok or pan and mix everything. Add the beef
broth and cook 1 1/2 minutes more. Try it to adjust the seasoning.
4. Turn off the heat, add the chopped coriander and serve immediately with French
fries and Arab rice.
1 Put a frying pan on the fire to heat without oil and toast the noodles until they are
dark brown, remove from the heat.
2 In a saucepan, place oil to heat and fry the garlic, add a cup and a half of water
and a cup of coke, add the 2 cups of rice and the roasted noodles, add the soaked
and drained brown raisins and a little salt.
3 When the rice is cooked remove from the heat.
