NARRATIVE REPORT ON
PROVINCIAL JAMBOREE 2019
Scouting is one of the most important training ground among citizens of the
community. It shapes the holistic being of any individual most especially the young.
Through this activity, scouts of Suba ES crossed the bridge leading to 72 nd Provincial
Jamboree in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, January 17-20, 2019.
The Travel to Dingras: At exactly 2:00 in the afternoon, the scouts excitedly
carried their baggage for the 3-nights, 3-days stay at the Jamboree site. With all of the
important things to bring, scouts eagerly head on to Dingras.
Pinching of Tents: Scouts looked for an area in the Jamboree site for them to
pitch their tents, even where to place their toilet and kitchen. While they were happily
putting up their tents, rain showered the place, which we considered it as a welcoming
moment for all the campers.
Opening Program: Scouts were gathered around the stage for the opening
program. Camp Mayor Erdio E. Valenzuela earnestly welcomed everyone for the 3-day
camp.
Activities: Scouts went to sailing on the river, lend their ears to the speakers on
different life-saving activities, and enthusiastically joined the activities prepared by the
scout leaders. Scouts rolled, cradled and ran around the area as they enjoy the
activities. They also joined the bonfires for clusters and in general. Many hands-on
activities were given to the scouts, that they even forgot to become tired. After those
simultaneous activities, they jumped in to the river of Madongan, Dingras, Ilocos Norte
The 72nd Jamboree had made the scouts of Suba ES strong in and out,
enhanced their tolerance in every challenges along their way and a determination to
tackle activities given.

 Scouts immensely do their task given. They didn’t think the difficulty of the activities, in fact, they
enjoyed them.
