RESOLUTION No. I, s. 2019
RESOLUTION MOST EARNESTLY AND RESPECTFULLY PRESENTED THE CRAFTING
OF SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN (SIP) TO THE SCHOOL STAFF, SPG PRESIDENT,
OFFICERS OF THE PTA, PUNONG BARANGAY AND THE BARANGAY COUNCIL IN CHARGE
OF EDUCATION.
WHEREAS, the school head, Mrs. Teresita Baby P. Cacayorin, intended to communicate the legal basis
of the School Improvement plan through the Republic Act 9155 otherwise known as the Governance of Basic
Education Act of 2005; the Republic Act 9184, “Procurement Law’; and the DO No. 44 s. 2015, the School
Improvement Planning Handbook.
WHEREAS, the General PTA President, Brgy. Kagawad Reynaldo B. Pedro suggested
_____________. Likewise, the planning team supported the proposal.
WHEREAS, the planning team discussed about the project design and identifying the areas need to be
improved.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of the school head, Mrs. Teresita Baby P. Cacayorin be it
RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, to earnestly present the draft of the School Improvement Plan for
the period 2019-2021.
RESOLVED FINALLY, to transmit copies of this resolution to the good office of SCHOOLS
DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT VILMA D. EDA, CESO V, as well as the crafted School Improvement Plan
for her information and favorable consideration and furnish all other concerned bureaucrats for the
endorsement.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
