have in my possession, in the family division, in the village Purana P.N. 113 fold.
He is the land in district Raipur (Chhattisgarh) The area of 26/15 is 0.022 ha. (2377
sqft) is located. Since I am currently permanently residing in Amritsar, I have
given the right (responsibility) to my nephew Shri Gurupreet Singh Valde Gurudev
Sing resident Shyam Nagar, Telibandha, Raipur (Chhattisgarh) to take care of the
said land. Is the one who takes care of him. I was informed by my nephew on
29/05/2020 that someone is trying to do construction on the above land and he is
telling me to buy the said land from a Balwant Sing, whereas I have not sold the
land to any Balwant Sing. Has not done nor appointed Narendra Sing as his
powerhouse. They all have prepared a fake document to collude to grab my
property.

Sir, I am living in Amritsar and unable to move due to accident and due to Corona
lockdown I am unable to come to Raipur (Chhattisgarh) to take any action against
him, so I will send my said nephew on my behalf I am voluntarily giving the right
to complain in the police station and take other necessary action without any fear,
fear, pressure and greed. My nephew will have the right to take all action in the
said relationship.

Subject: - Regarding the prevention of illegal fake and crooked banamas from
capturing the land and registering crimes against the concerned.

Sir,.

I am the village owner in the possession of the complainant, the title, the
ownership and the name. 113 N.S.M. Raipur Tehsil District Raipur Chhattisgarh
Land in B.No. The area of 26/15 is 0.022 ha. (2377 sqft) of land is located. I
received the above land in my family partition. After partition, I am duly
registering my name and continue to take admission on it. I also own property in
Amritsar (Punjab). Where I currently live. My nephew Gurupreet Singh's father
resides in Shree Gurudev Sing resident Shyam Nagar, Telibandha, Raipur
(Chhattisgarh), to whom I was entrusted with the responsibility of looking after my
plot which looks after my land. Yesterday, on 29.05.2020, my said nephew saw in
my land that some people are digging on my said land and getting the foundation
done, on which my nephew is going to visit my land on the spot and telling how to
build it. Asked and asked to stop the work, then a person present who told his
name Rajesh Thaurani told to buy the said land from a Balwant Sing, while I have
not sold the said land to anyone. My nephew called me from there and told about
the said incident and I also informed my nephew about not selling the land to
anyone and instructed not to let the construction happen on the spot and complain
to the police station.

Sir, on investigation by my nephew, it has come to know that a Narendra Sing

World Sardar Bhagwan Sing Sakin Gurunanak Nagar Raipur has falsely registered
a registration deed in favor of a Balwant Sing Vald Sardar Dhara Sing while
claiming himself as my power. Later, I have sold to someone else, whereas I have
neither appointed Narendra Sing as Mukhtiar nor instructed to do the land sale.
The said Narendra Sing and Balwant Singh colluded with each other and took
advantage of the exorcism of my exit, fake Power of attorney and deed have been
used to grab my valuable property. Later, the registration of the said land has been
done in favor of the said Rajesh Thaurani.

I request you to please register the crime against the said persons for fraudulent
proceedings and please protect my property.
