professional website based on below requirement.

3 Project Requirements
Design, Development and testing of a well-organized and professional website for Miss. Shanti based on
current website content but with better look and feel.

Our Suggestion:
1. New modern Design require with facelift effects.
2. I will prefer to make Sub menu for each product category (Like current website but we will use the
product quick view with cart or rent option to make it simpler and quicker for customers (Similar to
Ecommerce website). If they would like to view the detail page of product then they can click on it.
3. Your current 5 star rating option is not working properly. Will fix it in new website.
4.Mobile website is in demand so in new website we will provide you mobile friendly website which
better assist you in grabbing more online customer.
5. Few Page with 404 error need to be fix.
6. Basic On-page activities need to be apply.

4 Solution Overview
4.1 Other Features
» The website will be developed with an emphasis on accessibility and Web standards.

4.2 Testing
Following Testing will be performed on the website:

1. User Interface testing: Test resource is responsible to compare front end UI with
approved/client provided designs/wireframes on different browser listed in below mentioned
section.
2. Functional/Integration testing: This testing will cover detailed testing of requirements.
3. Regression testing: This testing will include reviewing of reported issues and regression testing
of this & previously delivered requirements.
4. Usability Testing: On completion of project& approval of site by client on staging server, QC
resource will perform complete site review on live site.
The web portal will be tested on following browsers: -

1. Internet Explorer latest version on Windows Latest Version

2. Mozilla Firefox latest version on Windows Version
3. Safari latest version
4. Google Chrome latest version

Please note that if any major browsers (mentioned above) release after the contract is signed
requires re-work of the code, the development team will identify this and communicate the extra
cost required to make the front-end compatible with the new version of the browser.

Acceptance Testing

The client will make sure that the scope defined above has been delivered and the web portal, is
working fine on the browsers mentioned above.

Deployment/Delivery

The website will be deployed on our server.

4.3 Out of Scope

Following items are out of scope:

1. Purchasing of software, template, plug-in or any third-party licenses.

2. Any feature not mentioned in the scope of work

4.4 Warranty
30 days post Acceptance/Sign Off. Once a solution has been signed-off, we go into a warranty period
where the project team will continue to be available to fix any bugs you may discover in the period of
the warranty. This period is defined in the offered solution and may be extended through maintenance
contracts.

5. Cost
The estimate of the website re-design based on the features provided above will be USD 750 + 4.5%
transaction charge and it will take approx. 20 days to complete.

Note: This will include the Website development and testing.

Agreement for Website Development

This contract is entered into between Q5 Info Tech as called Website Development Firm AND Shanti
Pierce (CEO of https://bambooleaftea.net) as called Client, on the dated April 18, 2020.

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT AND PROCESS

1. Q5 Info Tech, referred to here as "Design firm", will plan, design, and code of website for the
individual or corporation named above, referred to in this document as "Client", to the
specifications in below section.

2. The estimate included here covers only that which is described in the Specification below.
Additional work will result in additional charges. Additional work is defined as the addition
of pages, graphics, or other significant features, any graphic, page design, or actual page
requiring more than Five rounds of revisions, revisions to text content provided ready for
publication, changes to elements which have been finalized, or significant changes in plan,
scope, or direction of project. In this case, Client will be provided with a written CHANGE
ORDER including an estimate for the additional work.

3. The process for the creation of visuals, such as graphics and page design, consists of Design
Firm providing drafts and asking for feedback from Client; the feedback is then used to
produce another draft. This estimate assumes that 5 rounds of this process for each design
element will suffice.

4. Design Firm may use qualified subcontractors under our supervision for any or all work on
this project.

ESTIMATE, TIME FRAME AND PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

5. Design Firm estimates that the cost for producing the website described in the above
specification will be USD 750.

6. Payment shall be made as above-mentioned process.

OTHER LEGAL AGREEMENTS

7. Design Firm will maintain the confidentiality of Client’s source materials, technical and
marketing plans and all other sensitive information.

8. Design Firm and Client agree that any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall first be
resolved by mediation, if possible. This contract was entered into in New Delhi City, India
and any necessary arbitration or litigation will take place in this county.

9. To be valid, this Agreement must be approved within 3 days from April, 18 2020, and be
accompanied by a deposit of the amount specified above.

10. Code and graphics become the property of Client after work has been completed.
