    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

    Pleasant greetings.

    As of time of writing, our employees are still presently deployed to work in the
    Cavite-Laguna Expressway when the Enhanced Community Quarantine over the
    Entire Luzon was declared last March 17, 2020.

    In this vein, to protect the welfare of our workers, we humbly yet urgently
    request for the issuance of Travel Permit for the following vehicles to enter Metro
    Manila, Pampanga, Quezon, Batangas, Cavite and Laguna and travel to and from
    the sites covered by the Cavite-Laguna Expressway Project to transport our
    workers and bring them back to their respective hometowns to safeguard their
    welfare and ease their burdens as the quarantine is in effect.

    Attached in this letter is the list of workers who will be relocated back to their
    respective provinces.

    We hope to your kind consideration. GOD HELPS US ALL.
