Dear Siddhant,

We are excited to present ourselves at your service in establishing your company’s

vision on globe by commencing the first and foremost step – branding and web design.

As we could summarize from our discussion, the basic idea is to create an ecommerce
platform and use it as a brand-front for online listings. To ensure this vision, we need
to delve in suitable efforts towards development of our brand and it’s regular review.

Here is how we think we should pull this pilot project off.

• First, let’s create a basic brand design and manual.

• Simultaneously, let’s start designing all the branding supplements and

merchandises.

• On third front, we can put our research team and content team to create brand
story for you and prepare UI/UX and content for Website.

• After reviewing our brand redesign work and web design concepts, we move
ahead with web development, SEO and digital marketing. Though for this last part, we
are not sure of the output yet.

40 hours per year free maintenance for 1st year.

Additional maintenance to be charged at 250 Rs per hour.

Working Method

● Official confirmation of invoice sent from client’s end

● Initial Requirement Understanding and Data Gathering

● 50% of the total payment against the project confirmation

● First Draft of the website in 100 hours time or 14-15 days.

● First Compiled List of changes from client’s end

● Solving changes as per priority and proposing a final draft.

● Final Complied List of changes to mark the end of the project.

● Remaining payment

● The work commences after confirmation of the invoice sent.

● Codepoets is not responsible for delays due to reasonably seen or

unforeseen circumstances that may arise, as stated in the Project Terms &

conditions.

 Primary means of communication shall remain – Email.

 Secondary means for urgent issues remain –WhatsApp Messengers.
