ICS Statement :
• All production processes have to be declared even those not used for the current order of the ICS member requesting the audit.
• If auditors identify production processes in the factory or subcontracted that have not been declared in the factory profile because they
were not used for the ICS member requesting the audit, then it has to be reported in the questionnaire with the answer PARTIALLY.
• In this case, it has to be requested by auditors to the factory to update the factory profile including all processes used by the factory.
• The factory profile version 2 so as the factory profile version 1 must be both uploaded in the database with the questionnaire.
