3. Develop a balanced emotional stability among our family members
a. Teach our family:
- Not to marry for wrong reasons such as:
Age
Desire for sex
Peer pressure
Parental pressure
Being pregnant for someone
Social pressure
Loneliness
Physical features
Pity ride
Black-mail
Material reasons
b. Teach them to deal with their emotional
weakness such as:
Moodiness or lack of excitement in life
Mediocrity
Fear
Lust
Complex or low self-esteem
Bitterness and unforgiveness
Pessimism/critical mindedness
Jealously and envy
Explosive anger, wrath and domination
Manipulation of others
Carnal mindedness (sinful and immorality)
- Teach our family to solve their weaknesses by:
Identify their weaknesses
Been honest to accept their weaknesses
Seeking God’s help in prayers for divine
intervention
Renewing their minds with God’s word and
other resources that deal with specific arears
of their life.
Consciously make effort to discipline
themselves and make adjustments.
