100 Abundance Beliefs

These beliefs are all based on areas that could be preventing you from experiencing
abundance in your life.

This form is designed to be used with the Theta Healing Article. Print it off and check
which Beliefs and levels they are held on. This will help ensure you don’t change
beliefs on levels that don’t require it.

Reviewing your answers can reveal why areas of your life aren’t going the way you
expect them to. You will be able to see which beliefs and feelings aren’t serving you.
As these influence your thoughts you can work on changing them.

First you should check to see if you have the belief, then depending on your answer
check to see which belief level it is on. For example, if you checked ‘I love myself’
and the answer was ‘yes’ then there is no need to do any further checking. However
if the answer was ‘no’ then you would need to check which level ‘I love myself’, ‘No’
is held on.

Some beliefs may be serving a purpose. Please make sure you have read the section
on beliefs in the Theta Healing article.

Remember when working through long lists of beliefs and feelings then it is always
good practice to stop and check after every five or six to see if you have become
dehydrated. It is not uncommon to dehydrate during muscle testing. Always Use the
‘double check’ of ‘Yes’, ‘No’ and ‘My name is….’.

Now using one of the ‘muscle testing’ methods repeat the following to see if you
