D3D Wi-Fi / GSM Smart Alarm system (Model : D10). Please read all instructions carefully & follow
steps for easy home installation.

D3D Wi-Fi / GSM alarm system provide dual security using internet and GSM communication.
Wi-Fi is the default method of all communication, but GSM communication is also present as
alternative method of sending alerts in case Wi-Fi signals are lost.
Installation of D3D Wi-Fi system is very easy. Following configuration need to be done to use the
system.
• Insert SIM card into the system (Follow instructions page 17)
• Configure sensors, siren & doorbell with control unit (Follow instructions page 8-12)
• Configure settings for Zone, mobile alerts / SMS etc. (Follow instructions page 15-19)
• Fix sensors & control unit on required areas (Follow instructions page )

• Open the back panel of control unit and insert an active GSM sim card (Pic 1)
• Connect the power adaptor (Pic 2). Make sure the power switch at back of unit is
switched ON

Mobile App Installation
A. Search and install mobile application ”wisen” from Google play or App store.

Configure System with Mobile App
Click top right “+” to add new device. Screen 1 (below) will be displayed. Select option ‘Wi-Fi
configuration’
On Screen 2, your Wi-Fi name will be displayed. Enter Wi-Fi password. Now press the Wi-Fi reset
button for 3 seconds on back of control unit. When hear the BEEP sound from control unit, click
‘Connect’ button on mobile application
After successful configuration, screen 3 will be displayed. Press ‘Finished’ and return to home page.
If connection failed, please click on screen 4 to find the reason

Configure Remote with Control Unit
On Zone setting page, click on ‘Study’ button. There will be a BEEP sound from control unit. At
the same time press any button on remote 2 times. Study success message will be displayed

• Select ‘#24 Zone setting’ (Screen 4). Zone Type page will be displayed
On ‘Zone Type’ page, click on ‘Study’ button. There will be a BEEP sound from control unit. At
the same time press door bell button 2 times. Study success message will be displayed on

To check or configure system settings using mobile app, select the device from home screen (Pic 1)

Away arm: This mode is normally selected to activate system when going out of home. Under this
mode all sensors will be activated and system will send alert whenever any sensor is triggered
Home Arm: This mode is normally selected to activate system when inside home. Under this mode
only sensors configured in 1 Defense Line will be activated and system will send alert whenever any
sensor is triggered. The interior sensor (2 Defense Line) will not trigger alarm when people walks
anywhere inside rooms
Disarm: To deactivate the system, or stopping the alarm when it’s triggered.

Record: Event logs, keep all records of operations and alarm details, you can check the
event log to find which sensor was triggered.
Status: Check the connecting mode and status of the alarm panel.
Switch: To control home appliance on/off by using a smart plug/outlet

Phone Number Settings:
**Open the back cover of the control panel and insert an active GSM SIM card. Power ON the unit.
In addition to alert on mobile application, System send SMS and call to user phone when any
intrusion is detected. User can configure upto 5 phone numbers to receive SMS and CALL
alerts. Steps to configure phone number:
Go to Set > Alarm Setting > Phone No. Setting. Enter phone number and click on ‘Confirm’.

Alarm Sound Settings:
Using this function user can turn ON/OFF the siren sound setting for each zone. User can select which
Siren should be activated when any sensor in the configured zone is triggered.
Go to Set > Alarm Setting > Alarm Sound Setting. Turn ON/OFF the siren setting for required Zone.
If for a zone ‘Built-in Siren’ is OFF and ‘External Siren’ is ON. When the sensor is triggered only
external siren will set on. Built in siren will not be set on.

Zone Settings:
Using the Zone settings user can add/delete sensors in each zone and can configure how the system
should react when any sensor in the selected zone is triggered. Following images show how to
configure Zone setting and meaning of each option in Zone setting page:

Defense Line type: To define the defense line type of each zone
[0 Defense line] This Line type is used for fire, panic alarms etc. Sensors configured in the zone with
this Line type will trigger the alarm system, even if the system in disarm status.
[1 Defense line] This Line type is used for Door sensors. Sensors configured in the zone with this Line
type will trigger the alarm system in both Away Arm and Home Arm modes
[2 Defense line] This Line type is used for PIR sensors. The sensors in this zone will be activated
when system is in Away Arm mode, but will be de-activated, when system in Home Arm/Stay Arm
mode.
Zone name: User can edit zone name which shows in the alerts when the system alarms under WIFI
mode.
Smart zone: This function only supports the smart door sensor. When users try to arm the system, it
will remind user if there is a door/window open. Don’t enable this function to other security detectors
such as PIR motion sensor, Smoke sensor…etc.
Zone prompt tone: When user is at home and the alarm panel is under disarm mode, if the child went
out or anyone came in, the alarm panel will make chime sounds like “Beep, Beep, Beep......” (This
feature is only applied to door sensor)
Alarm delay: Set alarm delay time from 0 to 60 seconds after the system is turned ON. This setting is
used to give user enough time to go out of the home after the system is activated
Alarm SMS message: You can customize the SMS content that would be received once the system
is triggered. To use this feature, system must have a valid SIM card with message credits

Using auto arm/disarm, the alarm system can
arm/disarm automatically at the selected time.

Password Settings: Alerts Settings:
Change system password for remote phone or User can set to receive alerts via SMS or
SMS operation. (Only for GSM + WIFI alarm mobile application for various situations
system with 2G SIM card )
Users should set a phone number to receive
alerts. If user does not input phone number, it
usually sends push notification to user's APP
through T C P /IP. For more information of
how to setup phone number and alert, please
look at page 18.

Time Settings: CID Settings:

FAQs
Q1: No alert message received from the GSM Sim card
Please make sure the SIM card is in GSM network, not CDMA. When you insert the SIM card, the
GSM indicator flashes once in second, it’s searching the network. If it flashes twice in seconds,
means the GSM signal is received. If the GSM signal is abnormal, please try to change a new SIM
card. Please make sure alert settings are configured. Refer to page 18
Q2: Sensor is not working
Please make sure batteries are properly installed in the sensor. If battery is low, try changing the
battery
Q3: Where can I get the technical support?

Q4: How many users can be added with Alarm system?
As we know, the alarm panel only support one administrator account, the app can support up to
5 pcs of smartphone to control the system simultaneously by using this account.
Q5: Not able to add control panel to mobile application
Make sure Mobile and Control panel both are connected to same Wi-Fi network. Also make
sure that there should be no special character (#,@,£,%) in Wi-Fi password. If your Wi-Fi
password has special character, please remove those from password and try again.
