Avenida Almeida Ribeiro and Senado Square (Largo Senado) are marking the
"heart" of Macau.
If coming from the Lisboa, or Wynn Macau, you can easily walk to the square
along Avenida Infante D. Henrique (which becomes Almeida Ribeiro). You will
see Senado Square on your right after 10 minutes.

: It's just a short walk away (Use the gate near Babylon Casino to walk out of
Fisherman's Wharf, cross the road and you are at the Handover Gifts Museum of
Macau (From here, it is just a five minutes walk to Kun Iam Statue and "Docas").

there proceed by foot.

Dedicated to Kun Iam, the Chinese goddess of mercy, Kun Iam temple is a
beautiful Buddhist temple on Avenida do Coronel Mesquita, just a few minutes
walk from Lou Lim Leoc Garden and Guia Hill's Park (where the lower cable car
is). It was originally built on the 13th century and is possibly Macau's oldest and
among the city's biggest and richest temples.

Historic "Taipa Village" is packed with characterful alleys, homey restaurants and
charm...
There are two ways you can get here: 1) From the bus stops near the entrance to
Rua do Cunha (recommended option) or 2) From the bus stops on Avenida
Olimpica (Near Macau Stadium), you can easily walk to "Taipa Village" (and Rua
do Cunha), as well as to other nearby attractions, such as the Four-Faced
Buddha, Macau Jockey Club and Taipa Grande Nature Trail.

This is one of Macau's most impressive temples and although it is not as ancient
as A-Ma Temple or Kun Iam Temple, it boasts plenty of rich decorations.
To get here:
You can take a pleasant stroll from Taipa's hotels (New Century, Regency and
Altira), or take route No. 35 (Taipa's circular bus), which stops at places like the
Four-Faced Buddha and Avenida Olimpica (Northern entrance to "Taiipa
Village" and Rua do Cunha).
Route No. 11 departs from the entrance to Rua do Cunha and has a stop 3 - 4
minutes from the temple.
Route No. 21A arrives to the same bus stop from the beaches of Coloane Island,
via "Coloane Village" and The Venetian / City of Dreams.
