Problem/Opportunity

The Population of fair class in Lahore is almost 100,000 households. Many of the service stations do not give
satisfactory services to customers, like shell, PSO, Total and Parco etc. in this era, a manual car wash system has to be
replaced with an automatic system. An American based firm XYZ wants to open coin based systematic car wash mini
stations in Lahore to attract the customers. People get rid of the old-time killing manual car wash and want some
change. The Company is going to open its first auto coin based service station, where the driver just swipes or place a
service coin into a machine and drove its vehicle into the machine wherein 5 minutes the car will be washed and
serviced. the machine gave him thanks cold drink to him also.

Goal

“To provide latest and quick quality car wash service to customers in minimum time at best price value and to earn
reasonable profit with the best possible service offering”

Objectives (SMART)
1. To set up of 100 service station at busy roads of lahore by Dec 2020
2. To set up the first station at thokar niaz baig, the firm has to launch services with customers thank-you gift
machines. the unit will be started by OCT 2020
3. To select the top busy locations to attract the customers by Jan 2021
4. To start the first marketing and quality services and price difference vouchers will be ready on Feb 2021
5. Before the launching of the service, station staff should be highly skilled and trained by March 2021

Success Criteria (Any Single Objective)

1. Selection of the busiest main roads for the service stations.
2. Register the brand.
3. Building the latest technology equipped units.
4. Installing the latest swiping and thank you gifting machines.
5. Hiring a trained supervision staff.
6. Cleaning department should also be installed.
7. Engine oil replacement units also should be installed.
Risks, Obstacles
Risks
1. Car damages or service complaints.
2. Customer satisfaction and retention due to service.

Obstacle
7. Safety measures include getting your employees involved in safety protocols. Create safety checklists for
equipment, accident protocols, first aid, and workplace hazards. Having educated staff members and
making sure that safety protocols, like MSDS sheets, are readily available at all times is a very important
step in car wash business risk management.
8. Insurance includes many insurance policies available. It is important to pay attention to what is excluded
from your policy options. Most of these exclusions can be purchased at an additional cost. Some of the
most common forms of coverage to consider are;
Liability: Protecting yourself and your staff from personal responsibility for accidents
Property: Protecting your property and equipment from theft, fire, damage, etc.
Worker’s Compensation: Protecting your employees and their health and wellbeing
9. Customer satisfaction includes unsatisfied customers who can harm your car wash business far more than
any amount of legal issues. Implement policies and procedures detailing how your customers are to be
treated. Word of mouth marketing is a powerful tool and can work for or against a company. The risks
associated with low customer satisfaction levels include; decreased sales, changes in customer loyalty,
and bad public relations.
10. Time and money risks also relate to the service quality, higher the service quality;lower will be the time
consume and vice versa.
