This issue is particularly suitable for headlines discussion at all levels of study for giving

very suitable at present for which permanent employees must have sufficient skills to
work in an organization of the company. Necessary skills along with knowledge in a
skilled worker. Every employee has to go through an important training to deepen the
work they undertake.

 I fully agree with the results of this study in order to put into practice at every level of
workers' skills, whether highly skilled workers, skilled or low-skilled medium. Permanent,
temporary and contract employees must undergo training before starting their career in
order to remain efficient in performing the assigned tasks and give a good show to the
company. Companies that provide skills training to its employees are able to keep their
employees working at the company in the long term and make them loyal employees. 

The study also made headlines when it coincides with the main objective of the training
is for workers to learn new skills or to update their skills to a higher level. For example,
the Swarovski company always provided training to its employees in order to improve
skills and enhance better service to subscribe to it. Providing training to coincide when
the company provides service and selling jewelry that has always been attentive to its
customers.

 Training and development are developed in tandem can give confidence to the
company or the customer. This is because studies show leadership through partnership
also effective in developing socio-cultural workers as fellow seniors who have
undergone skills training will provide a role model to the new employee. 
Methology and data collected by the researchers showed research methods created to
meet the ethical and it has proved that any employee who has undergone skills training
and development programs undertaken confident and very happy to have the
opportunity to upgrade theirs existing skills to the best , 

This article has provided good information to all levels of society, especially to those
who want to improve their skills and to develop them yourself to a better level. The
method is effective in pursuing various skills training can make the employees always
want to give the best to his employer.

 Finally, this study can be applied and improved from time to time during the study due
to various facts and studies that had been made shows that condition occurs when an
employee is required to undergo training to improve their skills of even sometimes the
cost to be a problem in doing it.  A more realistic approach would be done when
conducting a study like this that such knowledge will always be ranked.
