ABC from now on referred to as “ABC”, “you”, “your”, requires manpower support from STG. STG is
very well accustomed in providing pivotal solution to the Manpower needs.

Manpower support is aimed to reduce complexities of running the daily operations, IT support,
development, managing the cash flow, providing excellent products and services, hitting the sales
revenues

STG Professional Services from now on referred to as “STG” is a full-service provider of consulting,
products, solutions, and training for multi-vendor products and solutions. Like (VMware, IBM,
Microsoft, Oracle, RedHat ……) implemented and supported Products and Solutions in more than 50
organizations during the last 6 years. STG’s customers range all the way from small to medium and
large organizations in all major verticals.

This period of contract is one years starting from the date of joining,

2.ASTRA (Exchange Hybrid Deployment)

They have Exchange 2016 infrastructure, they decided to host User Mailboxes on Office 365, my tasks
were like following:
• Deploy Active Directory Federation Services roles
• Deploy Directory Synchronization Service
• Configure Exchange 2010 Hybrid object
• Validate mail flow between cloud users and on premise users
• Move Mailboxes to Cloud

3. Assumptions
1. STG shall be responsible for the pooling of possible candidates for ABC’s requirement.
2. STG shall conduct an initial interview to shortlist the right candidates. After the initial
screening, STG shall submit the shortlisted candidates to ABC accompanied with an overview
of the individual’s skills and prior experience.
3. ABC will conduct the Second/Final interviews depending on their standard hiring process. It is
ABC’s discretion to select the right candidate.
4. ABC will inform STG of their preferred candidate. STG may notify the preferred candidate
regarding the Job Offer in writing (email) or phone call. In such cases that ABC prefers to give
the Job Offer, he/she should inform STG in writing and provide a copy of the offer for STG’s
reference.
5. STG is only providing a skilled resource to be managed & utilized by ABC IT management
without scope delivery obligation on STG.
6. ABC has the right to request permanent replacement of resource, however a Three months’
notice should be given to STG to find a suitable replacement and this should be within the first
6 months from the joined date or before the contract’s renewal.
7. Resources will work at ABC in Amman-Jordan.
8. Above prices includes resources salaries and overheads. However; whenever required ABC
shall cover resources business trip expenses, STG shall add a margin of 15% for any other
expenses that could be invoiced.
9. Working hours will 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
10. ABC to contract STG for minimum of one-year period, renewable with 90 day’s prior notice to
STG and with the flexibility to review the prices for both sides. Both parties have the right to
terminate this contract with 90 day’s prior notice.
11. Mobilization period will be a Maximum of 12 weeks from the PO date.
12. ABC can only offer direct employment to the resource after two years of his resigning from
STG.
13. For Contracts of one year and above, each resource will deserve an annual vacation after 11
months from the starting date.
14. Jordan Labor law always applied in case of any conflict with anything mentioned in this
proposal, and it’s applied for any case not mentioned in this proposal.

4.1 Terms & Conditions

1. Prices valid for 30 days.
2. Currency: Jordanian Dinars.
3. Payment to STG from ABC will be on quarterly basis in advanced.
4. All the prices stated does not include VAT, the ABC will be responsible for the VAT amount if
it’s applied.
