Stamp Duty for Mortgage- 0.20% of Loan Amount
Franking Charges (including CERSAI)-Rs.1,500/- Approx.
Registration with Sub-Registrar office estimated expenses –Rs.3,100/-
Property Insurance (Mandatory)- Rs.27/lac/year (Roughly) (on construction cost / on loan amount)
(Intimation of mortgage is to be done on completion of flat)
B Foreclosure Charges NIL
C Fee refundable if loan not Processing Fee will be refunded, if not sanctioned. However, processing
Sanctioned/disbursed fee will not be refunded if the loan is sanctioned but not disbursed.
D Penalty for bouncing of EMI (i) Rs.500/- plus service tax for every delayed EMI payment.
(ii) Rs.250/- ECS/SI returned charges
(iii) Enhanced rate of interest @2% p.a. on irregular amount over and
above the applicable interest rate, if the EMI remains unpaid for
more than 30 days.
