The Advisory Technical Development Program (ATDP) is a tailored program for college graduates
who are interested in developing a career in the rapidly changing technology landscape in healthcare.

o Software Development, Data Analytics / Data Science, Business Systems Analysis,


Infrastructure / Dev Ops and Security.

You will be working on critical, high-visibility projects, post completion of a two week intensive training, in
the healthcare space. You will find yourself as part of a team that is involved in defining solutions and
executing the same for our key customers. Depending upon the stage of the project you would play a key
role in development and/or deployment of the solution to address the client’s needs. This will be an
individual contributor role.

Primary Responsibilities

● Working directly with our clients to help determine needs and solve complex business problems

● Conduct research studies that may include collecting, analyzing, trending and presenting data
and recommendations to management

● Assist with requirements analysis and verification

● Document customer/client requirements through clear, unambiguous, concise and effective


written and oral communication

● Develop, enhance and maintain data warehouse, data models, and applications.
● Perform analysis for business process re-engineering opportunities and define, develop and
document before and after process flows

● Maintain work papers, work plans, methods and results

● Develop job aids, training material and instructions for team members

● Assist senior team members with project management duties

Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Tier 1/Tier 2 college/university – Full Time

● Exposure to Java / C#, .Net / Angular, Talend / SSIS, SAS and Tableau.

● Intermediate Competence with SQL / PLSQL, Excel, VBA

Desired Skills and Experience

● Knowledge of SDLC.

● Good conceptual understanding of functional areas (supply chain, technology, revenue growth,
go-to-market strategy, cost optimization, etc.)

● Ability to quickly understand complex business issues and develop strategic decisions

● Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

● Ability to handle ambiguity and change

● Readiness to travel and open for changes.

● Ability to pick up new areas and work as a team.
