Language missing from Control Panel AND Can't

remove US English...

So, hello y'all!

I've recently come across some puzzling issues on my Windows 10

device. First of all, I can't find the Language tab on the Control Panel's
"Clock and Region" area. What's more, after a recent update, the US
English language doesn't seem to want to be removed.

And here's the strange part; I recently bought a Windows 10 HP laptop

which also has a US English issue, but thankfully I can remove the
language whenever it appears. But on my PC, the option is grayed out...

The reason I've chosen English (Ireland) as my display language (which

also carries the keyboard layouts of US English, Serbian (Latin) and
Romanian (Standard)) is mainly because of the date format (the US date
format pisses me off and I can't change it back to the *normal* one...). I
even downloaded the Greek language pack just in case, but still, I can't
remove US English...

Anyone familiar with those two issues? Thanks in advance!

UPDATE: I had an unrelated update on my AMD driver's software and

after the necessary restarts, I am happy to announce that, without
further actions, after last night's restarts, today I realised that the
puzzling US English is finally out of my language list. Although there is
still the first issue with the language tab missing from the Control
Panel, I'd like to thank you all for your responsiveness and your tips!

 Hey.

Write Lpksetup in run and hit enter.

From there you can remove anything you don't want.

The reason I've chosen English (Ireland) as my display

language (which also carries the keyboard layouts of US
English, Serbian (Latin) and Romanian (Standard)) is mainly
because of the date format (the US date format pisses me
off and I can't change it back to the normal one...).

You can change the format of the date regardless of what

language you are using.

See your first pic, "change date, time or number formats".
