4. CF lower placket bigger on sample please take care.
5. Back yoke top fabric loose around the neck please take care in bulk.

Interlining is using FT 639 on sample.
Workmanship / Construction:
Collar:
- under layer Collar is still bubbling, pls make under layer collar a bit smaller to eliminate bubble.
- collar point is too flat, pls take more care of btn down positioning .
- Tie space is kissing each other, pls make it 1/4" space.
- under ply of collar is visible on edge, pls take care of collar turning.
Others:
- Pls remain all T/S 12 SPI.
- front placket is puckering, pls relase the thread tension while sewing.
Fit and balance are ok.
PP sample has approved with correction, pls ensure all corrections have been done for bulk production accordingly.

- - Front closure from 1st bttn is crooked, pls improve by bttn positioning.
- collar point spread point to point is improperly, pls follow PDM collar spread spec based on requirement of collar fold pack.
Others:
- EMB logo on the chest pkt is missing, pls add bk for bulk
- under part slv placket is exposed, pls take care of bttn positioning to ensure the under part placket is enclosed by top.
The 1st Proto sample has approved with correction, pls ensure all corrections have been done in PP sample then proceed for bulk production accordingly.

Collar:

- Collar point button down issue has been improved, pls maintain.
Others:
- Bottom hem height s/b 1/4" not 3/16" on sample, pls correct.
- Chest pkt placement is low; pls lift it up by 1/4" to meet spec.
- slv placket is spreading which showing out the under part placket, pls improve.
Fit:
Sample fits and balance are ok, but the body lgth and slv lgth are long, pls double check the fabric shrinkage before to apply allowance for shrinkage of press.
3rd Proto has conditionally approved. Generally measurements are border line of tolerance, pls refer to measurement report and bring back to spec for PP sample accly/
